The PVC/PE/MPP corrugated pipe production line features dual single-screw extruders for simultaneous inner and outer layer extrusion. Our precision temperature control system and optimized screw design ensure uniform plasticization and stable material flow for high-speed production.

The pipe head incorporates a precision flow channel design that efficiently laminates inner and outer plastic layers, guaranteeing uniform wall thickness, high concentricity, and superior resistance to delamination. This 3rd generation double wall corrugated pipe line from Shandong HUASU delivers 20-40% greater output and production speed compared to previous models. The integrated online belling system ensures optimal performance of finished corrugated pipes. The entire production line is controlled by a Siemens PLC system for maximum efficiency.
